Coverage Highlights
Average Value:Coverage is based on a mutually agreed insured value, which may change at renewal and is not tied to the purchase price.
Rental Car Reimbursement: Reasonable rental car expenses may be covered following a covered loss to an insured vehicle. Coverage is subject to policy terms, including driver eligibility requirements, and applicable limits vary by state.
Roadside Assistance: 24/7 roadside assistance is available for covered vehicles. Towing and labor costs are covered when Extended Towing & Labor coverage is shown on the policy, subject to applicable limits.
Pet Injury: Provides coverage for reasonable veterinary expenses when a domestic pet is injured in a covered collision while occupying a covered or non‑owned vehicle, subject to policy terms and applicable limits.
Auto Lock: Covers lost or stolen keys, lock‑out assistance, and rekeying following vehicle theft or recovery, up to $1,500, with no deductible. Prompt notice is required, subject to policy terms.
Worldwide Liability:Excess liability coverage only applies when renting or borrowing a vehicle outside the U.S. or Canada for up to 90 days, after required local insurance responds.

Tyrell and his wife had a long flight home and stopped to get food at a restaurant after leaving the airport. They had stored several large suitcases in their car in the back seat of their luxury SUV in plain sight.Despite parking the car in front of the restaurant where it was visible to passersby, their car was broken into. The thieves stole suitcases in the backseat.
Besides the stolen luggage, the car doors, dash, and seats were damaged during the break-in. Due to supply chain issues, Tyrell’s luxury customizations and smart technology were difficult to repair and took six months to replace.
Vault stepped in to ensure Tyrell was comfortable in a temporary vehicle and his car, including all customizations, was repaired to its original condition.
Vault advised him and his wife to secure all valuables out of sight, in the trunk, or not left in the vehicle at all to prevent break-ins and theft of their luxury car.
