The Customer Relations Associate role will be a hybrid schedule working onsite three days a week in our office.

Deliver exceptional service to customers and agency partners through inbound phone, email, and other service communication channels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent professional experience, with a background in insurance, hospitality, luxury service, financial services, or other customer-centric industries preferred.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with high-net-worth clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong critical-thinking, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and maintain attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to establish positive relationships and effectively support both internal and external customers.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology platforms quickly.
